My husband and I purchased our forever home this summer, thanks to the assistance of Juan and his team. Juan took the time to lay out pricing options, while always understanding our mortgage goal. Juan always made himself available to answer any questions in any way that was most convenient for us, whether that was a quick text, or a phone conversation late evening, when my husband was off work. With opposite work schedules, my husband and I truly appreciated that flexibility. Throughout this process, Juan was always professional and made us feel at ease. Juan was recommended to me by my real estate broker and from start to finish I received the best possible service I could have hoped for. He was patient with me since it was the first time for me selling and buying. He worked with me despite some obstacles along the road and I ended up with a mortgage on a home I love with an incredible interest rate which allowed me to put some extra money aside in case of emergencies. During the entire process I always felt that Juan was a good listener replied anytime I had concerns or questions and was always looking out for my best interests. I highly recommend him for anyone in the market.

Since I met with Juan Rivera and his team and started the process of refinancing all was very professionally done. From collecting all my info to start the application all the way to the end when my application was approved and my refinance was final. The communication was great!!! We worked as a team to get everything together and get things done. I was very impressed because we started my application beginning of month and we signed documents before the end of month. They went beyond my expectation and I was absolutely happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Juan Rivera because he is very knowledgeable of what is out there to be offered and gives the best options on how to go about what needs to get done. I would definitely work with him again in the future.

Juan made our home buying process as fast and simple as possible. He was always extremely responsive whenever we would have any questions. We never once felt overwhelmed throughout the whole home buying process. It is apparent that Juan truly has his clients best interest at heart. This was a wonderful experience all around.
