Juan did an incredible job assisting me all through the process of purchasing my new single-family house. I first did an application couldn't get qualify in the beginning because I was in the contractor position. He gave me a step through about houses advised me to accomplish the six months as a contractor till I got switched to a full-time position and came back to him and he guided me through the process as a mentor, He provided an outstanding explanation, well detailed and honest throughout the entire process as a review I will say he is very professional, and I will highly recommend him to anyone trying to get his or her house. When I was first looking for a home, I was working with another real estate agent. I was recommended Juan by someone who had already consulted with him. He helped me look for a home in less than 2 weeks, I was shocked. He made sure the home had everything it needed, and that we fell in love with the home. It was a lot of paper work but we got help from him, step by step, explaining everything by detail. I would most definitely recommend him, I would definitely work with him again in the future.

Juan helped take a lot of the stress out of the homebuying process. We were first time homebuyers and we really had no idea what to expect. Reading about the loan process, we always found it extremely intimidating and with interest rates and the home market so volatile we weren't sure what to expect. After our agent recommended him, Juan helped us through the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure that the process went smoothly. He was willing to talk to us at odd hours and help guide us through communication with the loan company. In the end, we were able to land in our dream home with the help of him and our agent.
